St Lucia is situated in the Caribbean and is part of the Windward Islands. St Lucia's nearest neighbour is the French island of Martinique 20 miles to the North then St Vincent to the South and Barbados approximately 100 miles to the South East.

St Lucia's calm Caribbean sea laps the west coast and the sometimes fierce Atlantic Ocean beats against her east coast.
