Please note: A cancellation should be advised by email and need to be acknowledged by return email by Bay Guesthouse.

Any cancellation made 30 – 8 days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the total accommodation balance being charged to the guests’ credit card. 

Any cancellation made 7 – 0 day prior to arrival will result in 100% of the total accommodation balance being charged to the guest’s credit card. 

A “no-show” or a cancellation made on the same day of arrival will result in 100% of the total accommodation balance being charged to the guests’ credit card.

For bookings made online a €1.50 non-refundable booking fee will be charged.

Full payment is due upon check-in. We accept payment in cash in EC$, US$ and Euro (at the exchange rate of the day of arrival). Credit card payment is made in EC$.

For all Western Union guaranteed reservations, a full non-refundable and non-transferable prepayment is required.
