Bay Guesthouse is committed
to providing quality budget accommodation in a clean and friendly environment at
affordable prices. Our aim is for Bay Guesthouse to be the base of a relaxing
and enjoyable Caribbean holiday. We do not want to be a “Boot Camp” with a list
of “Dos and Don’ts” however to help achieve the above we have put as few
policies in place as possible: Bay Guesthouse is a small
property with limited facilities. So for your and other guests’ comfort,
security and relaxation – please keep Bay Guesthouse for registered guests only. If the room key is not
returned upon check-out an EC$ 100.00 (US$ 40.00) will be charged to the guest’s
credit card. We ask that the guests
respect the property, (all breakages / damages must be replaced so will be
charged for), and respect other Bay Guesthouse guests, (keeping noise to a
minimum between 10pm and 9am, especially on the communal patio). Cancellation Policy: Through our online booking engine: Any cancellation made
30 – 8 days prior
to arrival will result in 50% of the total accommodation balance being
charged to the guests’ credit card. Any cancellation made
7 – 0 day prior
to arrival will result in 100% of the total accommodation balance being
charged to the guest’s credit card. A “no-show” or a cancellation made on
the same day of arrival will result in 100% of the total accommodation
balance being charged to the guests’ credit card. For bookings made
online a €1.00 non-refundable booking fee will be
charged. Full
payment is due upon check-in. We accept payment in cash in EC$, US$ and
Euro. Credit card payment is made in EC$. By booking direct (email, fax or
phone): Any cancellation made
